I was born at Helenvale. I grew up and went to school at Old Lockhart River. When I was 14 years old, we came back to live in Mossman and I went to school there until grade 7.
I then left school and worked with my dad cutting cane. When I grew older I did domestic work in the stations around Laura.
After that I came back to Newell Beach and lived with my mum and dad until my mum passed away. In 1997 I started working on CDEP and learnt how to do sewing, screen printing and painting.
I have exhibited my work through the Kuku Yalanji Dreamtime Gallery; the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012; and also through the Pandanus Gallery in Palm Cove, Queensland.
