Biography
Nancy McDinny paints for Waralungku Arts centre in Borroloola in the Northern Territory on the western side of the Gulf of Carpentatia.
She was born in 1957 and is the daughter of Dinny McDinny who was the Aboriginal man who found the wreck of the American plane lost over the Northern Territory during World War 11.
Nancy is a fierce defender of traditional culture of her people and outspoken voice of the damage done to traditional land and culture by white people and in particular, the mining industry
